Michiyo Nakamoto
Born in 1949 in Hiroshima Prefecture. Her poetry collections include Spring’s Vacant House, The First Sunday of April, Milky May, Vernal Equinox, The Ecliptic and the Chrysalis, and Flowers and the King of Death (winner of the 18th Maruyama Yutaka Memorial Modern Poetry Award), as well as Kiss (winner of the 26th Hagiwara Sakutaro Award). She has also published an essay collection titled The Dream of a Vacant House. Recipient of the 2nd Modern Poetry La Mer Newcomer Award.
1949年、広島県生まれ。詩集に『春の空き家』『四月の第一日曜日』『ミルキーメイ』『春分 vernal equinox』『黄道と蛹』『花と死王』（第18回丸山豊記念現代詩賞）『接吻』（第26回萩原朔太郎賞）。エッセイ集に『空き家の夢』がある。第二回現代詩ラ・メール新人賞受賞。
