Osamu Takaoka
Osamu Takaoka was born on September 17, 1948, in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture, and moved to Kagoshima City in 1962. He began writing poetry, haiku, and fiction during his teenage years.
He is the author of twenty poetry collections, including Ari, and nine haiku collections, including Seishi.
His collected works include The Collected Poems of Osamu Takaoka, Osamu Takaoka Poetry Collection, and Osamu Takaoka Haiku Collection.
He has received numerous awards for his poetry, including the Minami Nihon Literary Prize, the Doi Bansui Prize, and the Oguma Hideo Prize. His achievements in haiku have also been recognized with the Modern Haiku Criticism Award and the Modern Haiku Association Award.
1948年9月17日 愛媛県宇和島市生れ。1962年鹿児島市に移住。十代の頃より詩・俳句・小説を書き始める。詩集に『蟻」など20冊。句集に「製師」など9冊。文庫に思潮社版現代詩文庫『高岡修詩集』。ふらんす堂版現代俳句文庫『高岡修句集」、他に「高岡修全詩集」がある。詩で南日本文学賞・土井晩翠賞・小熊秀雄賞、俳句で現代俳句評論貨・現代俳句協会賞などを受賞。日本現代詩人会会員・現代俳句協会会員。日本文藝家協会会員•俳誌「形象」主幹。
