Nawo Iwasa
Born in Tokyo in 1954. Working on pictures (especially exlibris by etching), poems, miniature pictures, block printings, book designs. Lots of one-man shows, and group shows at Takekawa Gallery, gallery hinoki, and Galerie Malle. Books of paintings include Hosun-no-Chuya(Day and Night in a Square), Nao Iwasa, Collected Exlibris. He has published books of poems Reigan (The Other Shore of the Spirits) which won the 45th Mr. H. Prize, Umimachi (Sea Town) which won 24th Tokutomi Saika Prize. He has received 54th Toson Kinen Rekitei Prize for the achievements of his poems and etchings. He is a member of the poetry magazines Ikigoto (Living Things) and Rekitei (The Pilgrim’s Process).
１９５４年東京生まれ。詩と絵を創作。銅版画で蔵書票を多数制作。細密画や版画で挿画・装幀を手がける。竹川画廊、檜画廊、ギャラリーまぁる等で個展、グループ展を開催している。画集に『方寸の昼夜』『岩佐なを銅版画蔵書票集』。詩集に『霊岸』（第45回H氏賞）、『海町』（第24回富田砕花賞）など。詩と銅版画の業績に対して第54回藤村記念歴程賞。詩誌「生き事」「歴程」同人。
